Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategies.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job posting and sourcing strategy.
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods including job boards and social media sites.
  • Post job openings, review resumes, screen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews and screen candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct background and reference checks, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics including source of hire, time to fill, contacts made, etc.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Attend college career fairs to recruit.
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
  • Administrative duties and record keeping.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience recruiting in an IT environment preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor and other job boards.
  • Experience with recruiting marketing, social media and Boolean logic and other sourcing strategies.
  • Must possess considerable initiative, outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong computer skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • High energy, ability to multi-task and manage competing demands.
  • Must have strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
